Returns and Refunds

 Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your statutory rights allow you the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you decide to cancel your order for whatever reason AsSeenOnTV.ie will return your payment in full. See below for procedures. Please email info@Asseenontv.ie to request a refund and we will assign you a Returns Number with which to return your item. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Please note items returned for reasons other than faulty will require you to cover the cost of return postage. In all cases where it is agreed that the item is faulty we will re-reimburse the cost of return postage. Return Exceptions Some items can not be returned if they are opened. These include music, software, and video games. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. Your statutory rights are not affected.
