 Very simple. Ireland €3.99, UK and Europe €4.99 per delivery. The delivery charge is fixed and does not change. Whether you buy one item or 10 items, the same flat rate applies Ireland €3.99, UK & Europe €4.99 per delivery.

Asseenontv will do as much as possible to make sure that your order is dispatched as quickly as possible and in the best possible condition. We dispatch orders by standard post so you must endeavour to make sure your address is full and complete. You must also allow time for the delivery to arrive. When you place an order, you will be notified through a confirmation email.

My order is late, what should I do?

Please allow 12 working days before contacting us. If it has not arrived after that period, please email us at

stating your order number and we will investigate immediately. Please note that we will need to wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items. Please note that all our items are shipped through the national postal service which although very reliable would not be as quick as traditional couriers, however this method of shipping allows us to keep our costs down thus delivering the best possible prices to you the customer. It is important to note that at all times when ordering from asseenontv.ie that there is somebody available to take delivery of the goods at the shipping address provided.

What happens if I miss the Post?

The postal service will leave a card to inform you that delivery was attempted. It is very important that you act on this information quickly and arrange for collection of the goods from your local post office. Goods left unclaimed will after a short period be returned to sender. Where goods are returned to sender ie; asseenontv.ie we will offer the following options. We will offer to resend the goods on receipt of payment of postage costs, these will be advised to you and will depend on the weight and destination of the product. If in the unlikely event you no longer wish to accept the goods we will offer a refund, less postage packing and handling fee. This again will be advised to you and will depend on the weight and initial destination of the product.
